The CareerLinks program is designed to interrupt the in and out of job syndrome of the persistently unemployed and underemployed living within the city of Albany by offering meaningful opportunities for professional and personal growth.

To deliver effective job readiness, placement, and retention services to low-income men, women, and youth in Albany County. This program is uniquely designed to facilitate personal accountability and growth in each customer, often going beyond the scope of employment.

Program Requirements
To become a career services participant, you must be 16 or older and meet income guidelines. Eligibility questions may be answered at one of the mandatory orientations held at 10 a.m. the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at the ACAP Outreach Center, 333 Sheridan Avenue, Albany.
